Kevin Rumsey welcomed everyone to the meeting

Item 3: Annual Report, Financial Statements, Events 2025 and Future

Events

Chair’s report

KR introduced the Chair’s Report for 2025. It had been a very good

year for hall bookings which is great on a financial level and also

means the hall is being used by others in the community.

A minor price rise had been agreed at the last meeting of the Trustees

in the light of increases in the cost of running and maintaining the hall

and gardens.

In terms of maintenance, the facilities continue to be checked

regularly.

Trustees – LW is retiring as a trustee and also as secretary. KR
