Storyline - Set a century ago, on an island off the coast of Galway, this is the tale of a failed friendship. One day, with very little explanation as to why, a man named Colm decides to shun his younger friend, Padraic. Initially, Padraic is heartbroken and confused. He pushes for a reconciliation, but it appears that Colm has made up his mind and is not going to take back his buddy. Instead, he plans to focus on his music. Meanwhile, many others on the island are drawn into the feud.
